Specialist in General Practice — Netherlands · Sweden · Norway

I have spent 15 years working as a GP across three countries — diagnosing, treating and advising thousands of patients on chronic disease, metabolic health and hormonal conditions. In every clinic, I saw the same problem: patients making decisions based on misinformation they found online. VardIQ is my answer to that. A free, evidence-based platform where every claim traces back to a peer-reviewed source and every piece of content is reviewed by me before publication.

Our standard

Every claim is traceable to peer-reviewed research

The internet is full of health content written by people with no clinical training, no access to medical literature and no accountability. VardIQ exists to be the alternative.

Every health claim we publish must be traceable to a peer-reviewed source — PubMed, Cochrane Reviews, NICE guidelines, ESC guidelines or equivalent clinical standards. We cite our sources in every video description and every article. We admit when evidence is limited. If we do not know, we say so.

This is not a guideline — it is a requirement. It is what separates VardIQ from the thousands of AI health channels that spread misinformation.

Every video and article reviewed by Dr. Ferlin before publication
Numbered references included in every video description and article
Sources: PubMed, Cochrane Reviews, NICE, ESC and ADA guidelines
Educational content only — no individual medical advice
Medical disclaimer on every piece of content
Unverifiable claims are removed — never published

VardIQ is the only free health education platform where every single piece of content is written, reviewed and validated by a licensed medical doctor with 15+ years of clinical experience — and every claim is traceable to peer-reviewed medical literature.
